Great location and clean room, but no free breakfast options available.

The room was super comfy, and the amenities included a fridge and microwave. Checking in was a breeze, and I appreciated the large TV. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is attractive with nearby shopping options.

Our bathroom toilet and sink didn’t work properly during our stay. Housekeeping left trash and dirty water in our room after maintenance. Breakfast offerings were lacking, with no food available at the appointed time.

Upon arrival, the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning and never reopened during our stay, which was a letdown after being promised access. There were also some maintenance issues with the shower head, as it sprayed water unpredictably. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could improve, with reports of odd smells and unclean bathroom fixtures, leaving a slightly uncomfortable impression.

Housekeeping was consistent, with staff removing trash daily, which contributed to a tidy environment. The breakfast options, though reasonable, could have offered more variety, but the hot coffee was a nice perk. The elevator's delays and occasional shakiness were concerns, and there was a lingering odor in the bathroom that impacted the overall experience.
